Our mission was to design a unique, interactive F1 experience that thrilled guests, honored the couple’s personality, and blended seamlessly with the elegance of their wedding reception.

Incorporating Racing Simulators Into a Wedding Reception

To entertain guests and inject a high-energy twist into the evening, the couple chose to feature our premium racing simulators as part of their reception. Instead of simply offering free play, we created a custom game concept tailored specifically to their story.

Custom Game: “Are You Faster Than the Groom?”

Weeks before the wedding, we invited the groom to the SIM Montreal headquarters to set an official benchmark hot lap time.
This became the foundation for a friendly, wedding-wide competition called “Are You Faster Than the Groom?”

On the wedding day:

• Guests were invited to race against the groom’s lap time

• Anyone who beat the benchmark received a prize

• The challenge became a conversation starter and a major highlight of the evening

It added excitement, laughter, and a bit of healthy competition—perfect for an F1-themed celebration.

It kept the younger guests fully entertained—and gave parents the freedom to relax, socialize, and celebrate with the couple.

Respecting the Wedding Atmosphere

The activation was designed to elevate the party energy without disrupting the elegance of the evening.
We operated until around midnight—just as the party peaked—then packed down silently to avoid breaking the ambiance.

At 3 a.m., once the venue was fully cleared, we returned for the final takedown, ensuring that everything was handled discreetly and professionally.
